Hello!
After spending lots of time trying to contact Behringer Support for my
Behringer X32 Producer Digital Mixer, I was able to secure and install the
latest firmware directly on the unit to success. I was sent a file that
could be used to setup the system to allow sound through the headphones;
however, I am having trouble accessing the X32 Control Panel to do this. I
have connected my mixer to my internet system and the system sees it. How
do I then upload this file to the system. The Behringer guy says I should
find a load button in the software, but I cannot find anything. If anyone
knows how to use this software, do share this knowledge with me. My main
thing now is to get sound through the system so if anyone knows how to do
this on the mixer itself, share it with me and I will try it with the help
of my daughter. This system also has an I-Phone/I-Pad app to work with this
machine, but I am not familiar with how the app works and I have not found
anyone who could explain it to me. I would appreciate help with at least
geing sound routed through the proper channels of this device. I am now
trying to go through the manual for this system but it is going slow.
