It requires some troubleshooting.
Here's some things.
* Try other channels from the Mackie to the Tascam.
* Try reversing your cables from the Mackie to the Tascam. If the
sound moves to the other side, your cable is bad.
* I don't know the Tascam but is there possibly a pan pot not centered
in the Tascam control panel.
* Is it possible that you muted one side in the Tascam
