Unless there's something special about those sounds, I think a simple sound
wave would do, play a high c using a square wave or similar pulse on any
synth for the amount of time you want to. Or use sound forge's tone
generating/synthesis options.

Subject: [ddots-l] Sonar Plugins: Censor

Hi, it's Annabelle.

I know this might sound a bit strange, but is there a plugin in Sonar that
can produce a censor sound, like a bleep tone to edit audio that contains
questionable language? I've never done that before with an audio recording,
but I'd like to find out if there's some kind of add-on. Like if I have a
DVD that contains questionable language, I want to be able to filter that to
make it family-oriented.
