I use Gold Wave now and then for some of my production so I can use some things
that don't exist in Sonar. There is a sensor feature that you can apply to an
area of audio you select, and it'll accomplish the same thing. You can have a
beep, and I think there are a couple of other sensor type things you can do to
block or distort the material in question.

  Subject: [ddots-l] Sonar Plugins: Censor

  Hi, it's Annabelle.
I know this might sound a bit strange, but is there a plugin in Sonar that
can produce a censor sound, like a bleep tone to edit audio that contains
questionable language? I've never done that before with an audio recording, but
I'd like to find out if there's some kind of add-on. Like if I have a DVD that
contains questionable language, I want to be able to filter that to make it
family-oriented.
