Hi tommy!
I think I got this prosonic EZ Timestretch for free, from a good friend of mine, I going know where he got that from, in sonar, under the process menu, you can find something called audio Effects submenu. once you're in there, right arrow, and you find your audio effects, there should be a menu there called Cakewalk submenu. once your on the cakewalk submenu right arrow to go in there, then uparrow till you hear, pitchshift/timestretch. press enter, and there you will find cool parameters for pitching the sound without loosing the tempo, but you can also take the tempo up and down without loosing the pitch. note: you have to select the hole track before you can do this, cause it's a process which is not in real time.

Hi tommy!
first, do you want to take down the tempo without changing the pitch? if so, sonar has a good posibility to do this, and I have done that once and it was amazing, or, you can even use sound forge, or a very simple program called prosonic EZ time stretch, which is very simple.
