[ddots-l] Surface Controller?

Hi again!
I was reinstalling Sonar 4, Producer Edition, when I got a warning that
something like a Surface Controller DLL was not installed. Being the
old-fashioned computer user that I am, I uninstalled, then reinstalled it
again, and it said nothing about it again. Am I missing something?
