[ddots-l] T.I Firewire Card

Hey guys, just got my saffire Pro 40! Will probably hook it up sometime
this weekend after work, but my current pc doesn't have native firewire, so
I'm wondering if anybody has recommendations for a good PCI Express Texas
Instruments chipset firewire card? I know the chipset is what matters, but
quality build is also important. Has anybody had the need to use one of
these? If so which work best? It's temporary, as the new daw I'm building
for my studio will have all that and more!
Also, for those of you who own any saffires, is the unit firewire 400 or
800? I can't seem to find the info in the specs. I obviously want to give it
all the juice it can get if it's an 800, but not waste money on a higher
card for 800 if it only uses 400.
