Before I help you, I would like to know the problem that concerns your Pro 2/4.
"Qu'est-ce qui cloche?", which means in French "What is Wrong?"
In my opinion, this interface's name 2/4 means that it would have two inputs
and four outputs. does the problem concern the audio signal (usually coming
from the interface's loudspeaker) that does not function? I hope you went to
the audio option and choose the appropriate audio output which would allow the
audio signal to respond.
By the way, since how long do you confront this technical problem? I could
suggest you to shut down your computer and restart it so that everything boost
the way it should.

Hello List,
I posted a few weeks ago about my non-functioning Pro 2/4.
I had to walk away from it and do other things but I thought I'd give it
another go.
I'm using Sonar 8.5 producer with windows 7 on a good machine.
All I'm doing with sonar is recording some of my favourite radio shows.
I'm streaming from a Novation card to my Pro 2/4.
Everything is connected correctly and all the cables are good.
Sonar records the stream as sonar reports that the track is recorded and armed.
I just can't get any audio to play.
I think I've chaecked all the correct boxes in Sonar.
Any thoughts.
