vokator is as accessible as you can get it. well...... at this moment in
time anyhow. its waveforms are fairly easy to deal with.
in reference to the roland V-Synth. this is a pure synthesizer with the
expansion board installed (VC2 Vocal card) its a powerhouse for a system I
absolutely love it to bits. its hardware vocoder is sweet and it also can
emulate
any synthesizer you want. though it has a touch screen, myself and a few guys
from Roland US are working on a screen reading interface for it. I have the
code sitting here and am testing the initial program. so more news to come from
me and roland soon. price in the UK is about £1450 ish but you can get the V
synth XT rack system for £200 cheaper
