Oh yeah, I had one of those, though I never got the programmer, just memorized the parameter list, which at that time wasn't that long.

That's a real blast from the past for me - I had one of those from new and
gigged with it for years.  I still regret part-exchanging it for a Yamaha
MU128 module.  Hope your friend's managed to lay his hands on the little
plug-in hardware programmer - it made the JX3P a real joy to use.

Hi All,

A friend of mine uses both software and hardware without any scripted
support. He has to make Jaws perform somersaults to achieve have of what he
needs. I'm still trying to get Him to come over to Sonar.
"I know I know, it took me enough time to realise how great the Caketalking
scripts are."

He collects synths like some People collect stamps, He recently got hold of
a Roland JX3P and decided to multi track it. This little demo is quite
affective and features the Roland JX3p.
