[ddots-l] Working with FTP Sites

Hi guys!
I posted a message not too long ago about exploring the FTP site on Cakewalk
to look for an instrrument definition for my midi keyboard. My question is,
do I already have what I need with Windows XP Pro to do this, or do I need
to download something? I haven't seen any response. Did I miss it?
