Dear Sharon,
Like Gord said, you need to check the setting for FTP folder to be shown in
Internet Explorer. You will find it under the (Tools) Option) menu in
internet Explorer. Then go to the (Advanced) menu, tab once and you will be
in the list of settings. Just use down arrow until you see the FTP option.
Make sure it is set to view FTP folders.
