[ddots-l] Re: accessible frequency generator

There are many free tone generators. I'm only having difficulty with tossing 
out a long list since I've had Sound Forge to do that for me on the rare cases 
that I've needed it.

One of them is a commandline tool called siggen. I remember another called 
ToneSynth (think FreeSwitch uses that one).
