Hello:
OK, first of all, in order for the loop to be able to follow a given pitch,
you should inport it through the loop explorer. Are you doing it this way?
Let's assume that you are. Copy and paste the loop so that it lasts as long
as you need it. Now, when you want to make a change, select the portion of
the song whoose pitch you want to change by setting the from and thru (f9
and f10), then select the track. Press alt along with the keypad plus to
raise in half step increments, and alt with keypad minus to lower the pitch
in half step increments. The results you get will vary depending on the
content of the audio in the loop and how much you want to change its pitch.
