I've noticed that sometimes the loop construction view opens when I open the
clips pane and make edits. It's then where I discovered that JFW says
"Selected" when pressing shift arrows. In this case try simply pressing
Ctrl+F4 to close that window, then try seeing if the clips pane will
Ctrl+close
with Ctrl+up-arrow.
