Hi Bobby.

Can you get this to happen reliably enough to capture it? By that I mean turning debug mode on with SHIFT+F12, performing the steps which cause the loop construction view to open unexpectedly, then press SHIFT+F12 again and paste the results into an email or a text file. If you can do that, I'll make sure it goes to David Pinto, and he can have a try at fixing it.

If you can generate a trace report with SHIFT+F12 as outlined above, email it to me off-list.

thanks
Chris

I've noticed that sometimes the loop construction view opens when I open the clips pane and make edits. It's then where I discovered that JFW says "Selected" when pressing shift arrows. In this case try simply pressing Ctrl+F4 to close that window, then try seeing if the clips pane will close with Ctrl+up-arrow.

Most Sincerely,

Bobbi

Well I have tried all those things, but no luck. I am trying to check the toolbars, but I don't know which ones should be checked or unchecked. Can someone give me a heads up on which one should be checked and which ones
should be unchecked? That would be of great help to me.

Some options:
I suppose that you press F6 key to refresh the track view, in this case the
clip pain view right?
Press F6 key twice and see what happens.
Press the I key of the inspector, sometimes it stuck, dont no why.
Or, Restart Jaws and chek the result.
If nothing good, restart the computer.

Good luck,
Rui Vilarinho

When I press shift right arrow or left arrow the only thing that Jaws says is select. I put a call in to dancing dots but I was not able to reach anyone. I'm still waiting to hear from someone. Thanks for the suggestion.
Any more suggestions?

Has anyone ever had this problem before? I opened the clips pain to do
some
editing and now it won't close. I've tried everything I know to do
including
closing the project, closing sonar and restarting my computer. After
closing
sonar and reopening it, it opens now in the clips pain. How can I fix
this
problem?
