And to add to this. the CT 6 tutorial specifically specifies to disable these 
meters as they wil exhibit the same behaviour that Raymi is encountering.

I'd say that his problem is caused by the display of the continuous meters...
Especially if he has a slower computer!
I've been thru that problem and unloading the continuous meters solved all my 
sluggishness problems.
Now, he is just asking how to do it with the J Sonar scripts and I already told 
him to ask on that list to get an answer.
