CDex is a free ripping/encoding program that is blind friendly and which
uses the free Lame MP3 encoder. It is a very good and useful/useable
program for this sort of thing. The jawsLite webpage has links to it under
its programs section. or you can find it easily enough through google.

I cannot remember where I got it , but LAME MP3 encoder is a Free MP3 conversion utility....
Just type it into Google and download it when you find where it is...
When installed, if you use the MP3 Export feature in Sonar, it will take over and export it into an MP3 ..
