I tryed another port, and stil making noise. I'm not sure about the
power supply. Will that be under system info? I can say though that
the power supply make quite a bit of fan noise. That is why I don't
use this machine for recording audio much unless if its kasual.

there are too things. First if you startup the pc, jaws speaks funny
and it sound some what robotic, and that could so called be fixed by

services. But the other noise wich I can keep hering as I type is a

Also, you should not change that setting to programs from background
services, as that actually hurts audio performance, it doesn't help
it at all! driver comunication is handled through background
swrvices, especially in later versions of windows. This is another
fine example of audio myths that fly as facts in the internet :)

I am using a scarlet 2i4, and I keep having a funny noise when I turn
on or restart. I'm running windows10 32bit and I did disable fast
boot, and under system settings set the skedual option for programs
instead of background services. But stil the sound don't go. If I
disconnect it and reconnect, it sometimes works, but then the noise
comes back after restarting again or awake from sleep moad.
Any ideas?
