I play them with V sampler without any problems. and I know how to open the
files in V Sampler, I just need to root the PC Cursor to jaws, and then arrow
up a bit, then, I can see the special file menu.

Do you play it with giga or with VSampler?

    Hi!
Well, I was just wondering, cause I collect those giga files, I happen to
have a very big piano which is about 3 GB, and that piano sounds absolutely
amazingly good.

      Hi D!J!X!
I have also some giga files laying around here, and I have also used
VSampler to play them, some of them sounds pretty good but some sounds
horroble. speaking about the drumsets you have, what kind of drumsets do you
have in giga?

I'd say the last release of version 2, it came with my tascam US122 was
very accessible, compared to version 3 which i got an upgrade to but which
sucked! The added features were nice, but only when you could use them; it
crashed constantly and was a pain to get set up, after a while i just gave up
on the whole thing, got a few drum sets that i might try and convert over to
motif format or something usable to see what i can get out of them.. Haven't
messed with giga stuff in a while though. I use to load some instruments using
VSampler, but gave that up after a while as well...

        Hi Tim,

Were there any particular versions of the sampler that were/are more
accessible than others?

          Hi,

It could be used to a degree if you were prepared to do a lot with
the
          Jaws cursor.

          Best wishes.

          Hello,

I know this has been discussed before, but is gigasampler accessible
for us?
I think giga was discontinued, but i'm wondering if an older version
of it
          was accessible?

          Thanks.
