my primary daw is still going to be my desktop. Can sonar perform midi functions using laptop keys or do I need a second more portable music keyboard?

Hi i would go for atleast a 2.5 Ghz dual core pentium processor with 3 or 4 gb ram. Operating system i would go for windows 7, atleast home premium and not 64 bit unless its a machine with atleast 6 gb ram. If this would be your main daw a big hard drive would help and firewire ports would be nice as most of the bigger sound cards run with firewire and not usb. A computer depends a lot on budget so look around and feel free to ask me again if you have quistions after shopping around.-original message- Subject: [ddots-l] laptop From: "Barbie Elliott" <barbieelliott@xxxxxxx> Date: 13/12/2010 19:56 Hi listers,I'm planning to purchase my first laptop this Christmas.
