Well, I think you may want to use a program like sound forge for this sort of thing, but you could use Sonar if you import your mixes back in or mix down to a stereo track and then do some experimenting with some of the included mastering plugs like the channel strip or tube leveler. The subject of mastering is one that can be the most daunting part of producing a good sounding record and is often overlooked.
