Hi Greg you can plug in a USB cable and use the software editor with it and
edit all of the settings from the computer. I haven't done this with mine yet
but I'm going to as well as configure all of my grooveboxes, drum machine and
guitar v-amp and axium 61 midi controller and my xv3080 moduel with sonar when
my new system comes in about 4 weeks.

Greg I don't know anything about hooking the motif up to a computer. I wonder
