Hi Jorgen, I am using the m-audio fast track ultra and would be one area that I
would consider though don't think I ever entered its software. It is generally
not too accessible so I usually avoid it. Is certainly possible though. I was
just thinking that perhaps I had hit something in sonar's software that cranked
the master volume all the way up. If not that, pretty much has to be the
interface. Thanks, Dave

  Hi dave!
isn't it so that you have accedentally done something within the control
pannel of the sound card it self? what kind of sound card are you using?
have you tried listening to some other playable program which you're using to
listen to music with?

Hi All, Have obviously done something in settings unknowingly and now any
projects they I have done are all overdriven. Any ideas what might do that. Did
check interface and that appears to be normal so am thinking something in sonar
that controls overall volume. Nothing I do seems to effect this and the input
and ouputs appear to be going to the correct device. Any suggestions
appreciated as where to check and where would I find overall volume for project
as a place to start first. Thanks, Dave
