where the cable is plugged in
Another thing to try you say that you don’t have any music because you’re using
the computer try just using a microphone into the mixer and don’t plug it into
the USB port and see if it goes on and off if it doesn’t then it’s confirmed
that there something wrong definitely with the cable or the hub

Mike, I can't play music through my board without the usb cable being
connected, but I do hear normal low white noise when it's plugged in
without the usb. As soon as I plug in the usb cable, it starts trying
to turn it's self on over and over again. It's even making the little
notification sound over and over like it's trying to turn on.
The funny thing is that I was eating lunch when this happened. The
system was on, but no one was anywhere near it. It just started doing
that on it's own. I tried another usb cable, (not sure if it is any
good though), but no diference. I've got a friend bringing one that he
knows is a working cable, so we'll see from there. I am devastated
though because I just got really good with this board.

You say the board keeps on making a popping sound, this may be that the
board is constantly restarting its self.
Try using the board with out the USB cable plugged in meaning just have the
board run on its own with your speakers, and see if the problem continues..
If so, then I’m afraid it might be the fuse or the power supply simply is
giving out unfortunately.
I’m hoping that this is not the case and hoping its just your cable.
I have the sound craft signature 12MTK, 12 signature regular, channel , and
the presonus ar 16 and they are both great boards, and no problems here.
Check your warrantee because I think its suppose to be for 2 years.
