This is what I think you should do.
When you're done tapping the tempo while playing the song, and you have
gotten close to it as you can. Press enter.
Then, listen to it, after it doesn't match up yet yet, if it's too slow,
press ctrl t again, arrow up or down to fit to the points. Press enter again
to listen then it may match up.
Say if I had a track that was 70. And I needed to tab the click track up to
it?

Tap to the beat as close as I can. Then if it's not right if it's at 69..98
all I do is press ctrl t and arrow down to I get to 70.00 and press enter,
and bam.
