Hi, Omar,

I presume your customer wants to read printed music notation.

SONAR itself has a rudimentary notation feature. Go to View (ALT+V) and
arrow down to Staff View.

If that's not useful, you can save the piece as a MIDI file using Sonar's
Save As function. Make it a Format 1 MIDI. Now you'll need to import it
into a dedicated music notation program such as Sibelius, Finale or Lime.
You'll want to make sure that it's quantized. I believe there's some good
information for notating files in the SONAR tutorial.

Regards,
Bill

Subject: [ddots-l] question

Hello,

One of my former artists needs one of the songs her and I recorded
translated into notation. I used Sonar to create the music. How would I get
it into notation for her?

Thanks.
