Hi Greg,

The samples are organized into SFZ files which are then loaded into their
respected pads. I haven't gotten deeply into writing SFZ files as I haven't had
a whole lot of time to sit down and learn the code. It's not difficult other
than it's time-consuming. It's pretty neat the way it all works; I do want to
get into it at some point hopefully in the not too distant future.

Sorry I couldn't help you immediately; but you can go to
http://www.dancingdots.com/ct/SFZInstructions.docc
You can get more details on it there. I'm sure there are more publications out
there that'll give you in depth instruction that I'm not aware of right off the
top of my head.

Hope this all helps.

Mike

Subject: [ddots-l] question about session drummer 3

Hi I'm new on here and I have the original tr-808-909 samples. I got them
from the tr-808 zone website. I want to create my own kits from scratch. I
know how to load the samples into each pad. Is their a way to load the samples
such as op high-hat closed high-hat, handclaps and the others to each midi note
number? I would appreciate some help on this.
