This would be a great job for HotSpotClicker. All of this could be done with a HotSpot.

Actually, I use my vision to do this. I've now looked at it and I think I understand precisely how to do this using only JAWS. 1. go to the synth rack and press p to open Ivory's properties window. 2. Route PC to JAWS. 3. Down arrow twice. On the first down arrow, you will Hear JAWS sayIvory's version number, the highest version number is 1.6.31, I believe. Onthe second down arrow, you will hear JAWS say the name of the defaultinstrument loaded. If no instrument is loaded, it will simply say Default. If on the second down arrow press, you hear JAWS say the letter m, thenthings are amiss and you need to close the properties window and begin againuntil the second arrow press yields an instrument name or the word default but not m. However, whatever happens as the result of this step, you will not be where you need to be at that point. 4. CTRL right arrow once. You should be in the default combo box. Toconfirm this, while PC is still routed to JAWS, right arrow one character at a time until it begins spelling the word Default, or whatever instrument isloaded. 5. Lock the left mouse button and the program browser will open. 6. Unlock the mouse immediately. 7. With the program browser open and the mouse unlocked, route JAWS to PC again. 8. Down arrow twice and JAWS should say programs. 9. Down arrow once more, if the programs button was open, JAWS should say Bosendofer. If the programs button was closed, it won't. Simply right arrow to open it as you would any other folder.10. If possible, you should do the following steps with sighted assistance.11. With PC routed to JAWS, CTRL right arrow twice. A piano name should be spoken. Route JAWS to PC and you should be able to scroll down through theinstruments. 12. Hit enter and the instrument will load. Depending on the size of the instrument, this may take a minute. I'm not aware of a means of audition one sample of a piano and moving on quickly. Be prepared to spend quite a bit of time selecting your favorite instruments. When you find one youlike, I would save the two tracks that comprise the soft synth offering as atrack template for future easy use. Keep your Ivory track templates in a subfolder of your track template folder. Hopefully someone here will have some insight. Does anyone on this list ownthe ivery other than Gord? Hello Gord, This is what I'm doing. 1 open the synth rack alt v then h 2 press p for properties 3 turn on the jaws curser and explore until jaws says default 4 lock the mouse (note) When I hear jaws say default and then lock the mouse, jaws says "velocity map browser" Is that the right kind of browser I thought that it would have a list of programs I could choose from something like dimension pro. Am I wrong? 5 lock the mouse and then unlock the mouse then click I'm not sure weather to left click or right click but I have tried bothWhen I do this jaws says "list view not selected default factory mild1 of 1"About how many presets are there? It seams to me like there should be more than one. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong? I can't get past this point I must be missing something but I can't figure out what it is. Thanks much.May the peace of God that passes all understanding guard your heart and mindin Christ Jesus God Bless You! email neville@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Website http://www.nevillepeter.com phone number 407-222-4488 PLEASE READ THIS FOOTER AT LEAST ONCE!
