Hello:
You can access the parameters in the synth rack or track inspector. It works fine for me, though you do need a system with a lot of horse power.

Subject: [ddots-l] question about the ivory

I have a question about the ivory. I know that we have to find the
coordinates with the jaws curser and then click it with the mouse. My
question is this. Once we click it with the mouse are we then able to access all the parameters? Are we then able to change the reverb stereo pan and EQ?
I'm thinking about buying it but I don't have much sited assistance and I
want to know before I get it what I'll be able to do by myself.
Are there any hot spots for it?

God Bless You!
