Hmm, well, I'm using the RME for my mic and as my midi interface for an
external synth as well.

Is your mic going through the same in put as the midi sound source?

    Hello,

I'm using an RME Fireface as a stand-alone interface and not with a mixer.
If I'm recording vocals, and wish to have the midi tracks playing while the
person is singing, how would I prevent the midi tracks from being recorded onto
the audio track where the vocals are going?

    Thanks.
