I think it was slightly different back in Sonar v4...
That is, the template should be Normal.tpl, or have I got this wrong?

you can save those parameters along with many things like the inspector
controls and track parameters if you save it to your template. if you want this
template to load when sonar starts save it as normal.cwt.
