[ddots-l] tranzport problems

I just moved and had to brake down my system. I had no problems putting it back
together except my tranzport. I reconnected the USB cable but the tranzport is
not working. I changed the batteries that's the only thing I can think of to
do. Any suggestions? I don't want to uninstall and reinstall it, because when I
installed it first time, Jaws went in to demo mode.
