Hi Neville,

If you uninstall it then re-install it on the same USB socket you should be
OK, as Jaws will do its hardware enumeration and come up with the same code
numbers as it did the last time you installed it.  The only time you'll be
running in demo mode is if you reboot after doing the uninstall but before
doing the re-install.

I just moved and had to brake down my system. I had no problems putting it
back together except my tranzport. I reconnected the USB cable but the
tranzport is not working. I changed the batteries that's the only thing I
can think of to do. Any suggestions? I don't want to uninstall and reinstall
it, because when I installed it first time, Jaws went in to demo mode.
