[duxuser] 11.2sr2 doesn't work when trying to update from the menu

trying to update from the menu won't I get ie and all the other duxbury links and no download all I hear is bottom. this is not the first time this has happened to me. using windows 7 64bit ultimate ie11 we8.4.4 and my provider is verizon. doesn't help if support is never there after 5pm what if you are on the computer at night, I work all day and don't get home till the night time. support should be 24/7 or at least midnight eastern time. need help. need a call back.
