Hey George:  How about dropping down to New York and having a beer or
two or three or four and so on and so on and so on!

There's a very good place just across from our house that sells a very
good guiness.  In fact, you can see it from our dining room window.

I did suggest to the landlord that they run a pipe-line across from
his place to ours.

The sad thing was that he did not take to the idea very well.

What a shame!
