That means digging a tunnel from our house to the pub under the road.

That might be a bit conspicuous, don't you think!  I also might have a
slight problem with the Queens Boro authorities of New York, as well!

Ah well!  A nice idea.  Better be a good boy!  But, isn't it true that
all of the good people nearly always turn out to be the most boring
people, as well?  Can't have that!  Now can we!
