Hi George,
I have just tried this, and a message has appeared that says "Warning - Duxbury
has updated your embosser settings" and then gives the old format to what I
changed the line length to and the new format to what I changed it from
originally. Any ideas?

Hi Karina,
For existing or individual documents use "Document: Embosser Setup".
For all new documents, use Global: Embosser Setup, selecting your default
embosser.
