Hi Steve and all,
I tried doing what you suggested below with no joy. Here is how I solved it.
I opened the file, copied it to my clipboard, closed
the file, started a new document in DBT as a print document, pasted
the braille document into that document,, went to the top of the file and
inserted an alt2, pressed control t to translate the document, and
Woohoo, it worked!

Cindy,
The problem is that the document has already been translated. To correct this, you'll have to back-translate the document and retranslate it. To do this, open the .DXB file and press Ctrl-T. This will back-translate the file and create a .DXP file. Then press Ctrl-Tab to get back to your .DXB file. Once there, press Ctrl-F4 to close it. You should now be in your .DXP file. If you are, press Ctrl-T to translate it. Save the resulting file as a .DXB file. You'll see a message telling you that the file already exists and asking if you want to overwrite it. Press Yes,, and you should have the grade II file you want.
