Yes, you can back translate.  It's not perfect, but should be sufficient 
for your needs.  I save both the print and braille files for just these 
instances.

Hello list:
 
I know this has been asked before, but is there a way to translate Braille 
back into print? Apparently a client got several sheets of Braille, and 
she is unsure what they say because she does not read Braille. They are 
asking for a print translation of said sheets.
 
If I remember correctly, this is not yet possible without extensive 
software and beck end work, am I correct?
