[duxuser] Basic Formatting

I'm just now coming to terms with the basics of formatting in DBT in Windows. I
used the dollar-sign codes until just recently. Here's what I need to
accomplish:
I want to start a new braille document, textbook template. I want the first
page of my document to have a reference page of 10. I also want line 1 to
contain a heading with
Exercise 1
centered. How would I do this from the keyboard?
