Bruce,
Ctrl + N will open a new document.
Select Textbook and Enter.
Alt+Enter to type reference print page.
Type reference page and space once.
Shift + F6 to center a heading.
Type Exercise 1 and hit Enter.
You will then need to change your margin back to 1.
Alt+L (Layout)
E (Left Margin)
1 (Cell 1)
