brailling 14 overlays of certificates that are printed in all caps. I am
thinking that using UEB will save space, but it just looks strange to me when I
run it through Duxbury. It seems to be treating each line that doesn’t have a
blank line before it as a new paragraph and inserting the all caps code for the
beginning and ending of the first line, but going back to pre-UEB for
subsequent lines until it starts a new paragraph. I hope this makes some sense.
The long and short of it is that every line is centered (as they should be),
but every line starts with one or the other of the all caps indicators. Is this
correct? Any advice would be appreciated, as of course, these certificates
