Hello Terry.
I recommend that you insert the code [ucs] at the start of the all caps
and the code [uce] at the end of the all caps. These codes tell DBT to
continue the caps passage for all of the enclosed text, even if that
includes paragraph and line breaks.
Alternatively it looks as if you can use a style for this in our UEB
templates (at least the ones I have checked). The style is called
CapTgr. If you use the style instead of inserting the codes, you need to
highlight the all caps text and apply the style CapTgr.
