I disagree with the comments so far. I have been a braille reader all my
life, and I expect and like column headings in tables to be underlined. This
is what it is referring to. I don't like the idea of dumbing down the
braille for the braille reader. And we wonder why so many blind people have
poor literary skills?
To get the dot five and the dots 3-5 under the heading, use a quotation mark
and the number 3 for the desired width, and apply the Exact Translation
style.
