Hi Laurel,

I hope it doesn't cause confusion.

Basically as it stands now (in the test 10.5), if you import
a document, let's say "myfile.doc", DBT will automatically
suggest the name "myfile.dxp" if you save it in DBT.

When you translate "myfile.dxp", and go to save the braille
file, it will suggest "myfile.dxb".

You can of course override the suggested file names.

Also, if you import documents, even if you have not saved
the file in DBT yet, the DBT Title bar will display the
suggested name. Consequently you will be able to identify
what document is what, simply by it's title.

IN ADDITION, it is hoped to be able to use the standard Ctrl
+ F6 command to go to the next Window. However, as this
conflicts with the "View - Braille Font" command, changes
need to be made elsewhere in the program.

George.

George,

That's great news! Another irritation gone.

Thanks for the information.
