[duxuser] DBT Win 10.6 re activation error (this may be a double-post - apologies)

Just run up Dux 10.6 SR1 and its asking to reactivate...the only thing I can
think that caused this was a BIOS update on the server
When I try to reactivate I get the following error from the web site
SFAIL_DUPLICATE_LOCATION
Can someone tell me how to get my networked copy reactivated
I've also sent this to Duxbury support
