Hi Ann,

If you go to the Help menu, and select "About DBT", you will
find a "Deactivate" button there.

However, normally you should be able to activate the new one
even before deactivating the old one.  (Unless somehow your
existing install count is above 1 or 2)

What exactly is the error message that comes up on the new
one when you try to activate?  Is it possible that you have
an active firewall which is preventing the Duxbury Server
talking to your system?
