[duxuser] Deactivating duxbury

I own a single user license to DBT. Transfering files and programs from an older computer to a beautiful new one, I cannot activate DBT on the new machine. I believe it has to do with being a single user and trying to activate on a second machine. The activation dialog asks if I understand about deactivation, but doesn't tell me how to deactivate DBT on the old babe. Do I have to make a phone call, or is there something to click on the retiring machine in order to make me legal on the new one?

thanks,

ann
