Richard,

How do you get uncapitalized braille? If you start by editing the document in Word, you could just change everything to lower case before bringing it into DBT. Then you shouldn't see any capitals in your Table of Contents. Of course, you'll have to use the Customize option when you generate it so you can change "Contents" to "contents", etc.
